I had an issue with turning the gas back on in a rental unit. The issue involved getting the City to come out to do a safety inspection. At some point the historical society got involved and basically it was a red tape mess. Mike and his team including Cheryl stayed on all parties and got the issues and red tape fixed. Their experience dealing with the city(which can be messy) and the historic society(who can be more difficult than the city) was invaluable. Great company, great communication, and I'm a customer for life. Thanks again!!!

Called Saia late on Wednesday night. They were here Thursday morning. Cleaned the drain that was preventing my AC from working. Very professional, courteous, and reasonable. Will definitely call for future jobs Second job for new water heater. Again prompt response. Completed job today

Got my pipes unclogged, as I was assured that was the issue. The next day, my toilet and bathtub still was not functioning properly. I sent a text message, with photos, of my water backing up and never received a response. Had to pay another company to come out on top of paying this company. Very unprofessional.

I purchased a water heater for 1400 dollars from this company earlier this year. Right after the new year 2025 something broke on the water heater and it didn’t work. So I called the company that I bought the water heater from for assistance. The company sent two gentleman to my home for what I thought was to repair the water heater. They arrived and inspected it and said that they would return the next day to replace the broken part. So early the next morning they called me and said they have the part but I would have to paid them 235 dollars due to the manufacturer would pay them to replace the part.Again this is a 1400 dollar brand new heater only a few months old under warranty? Plumber arrived and checked for a gas leak on my clothes dryer. He tightened a connection and left. The next day my laundry room and into my kitchen smelled of gas. Plumber was here a short amount of time but did not check other possible leaks.
